We’ve added a number of new capabilities to the Suggested Content tool so that you can quickly navigate recommendations and start the new content add process in a click.
Now when you receive content recommendations through the “Suggest a report” form in your Knowledge Center, you can manage the suggestion in a number of ways:
View complete suggestion details by clicking on the title of the suggestion in the “suggestion details” column.
When it’s available, clicking on “View suggested link” opens a new window and takes you to the content on an external site.
When it’s available, clicking on “View suggested file” opens a new window and displays the complete uploaded file.
Clicking the “+ADD” button starts the upload process for you, moving all of the suggestion details and uploaded file if available over to the add-new-content form.
You can now easily delete suggestions by clicking the appropriate Delete link.
In addition to these changes you can now sort your suggested content list by date received, property (if you maintain more than one Knowledge Center), and by title of the suggestion.
